The National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Training Scheduler and Coordinator, Journeyman to provide program support onsite at our customer. This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!
What you’ll be doing:
Interpret, develop, revise, and implement training programs and corresponding course material to develop front line employees and supervisors.
Introduce and promote safe work habits that lead to an injury free work environment.
Coordinate class logistics and conduct training classes.
Introduce and develop work standards to ensure quality service to our customer.
Develop, generate, maintain, and analyze training reports to assess and adjust deviations from training as required to achieve objectives.
Introduce and develop efficient work processes to attain productivity standards. Monitor employees' technical training certification status and prepare plans to ensure required employees are trained.
Introduce and develop specific job skills and/or career learning for both personal and network growth.
Assist with monitoring training related costs to ensure costs are within budget guidelines.
Ensure required compliance with all regulatory training requirements.
Conduct training compliance audits and develop and implement recommendations.
What does Leidos need from me?
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.
Three plus years of demonstrated experience with a BA/BS degree OR four plus years of experience with an AS degree or five plus years of experience with a high school diploma.
Background and experience in developing and certifying job qualification standards; evaluation/certification program development; creating in-house training materials; military training and training support operations; training records management; ATARS.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
