Description
Leidos is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Integration Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing digital integration processes using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies with various military utility and electronic warfare tools. The candidate will work with multiple sites to define requirements and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the digital integration capabilities. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate larger enterprise adoption of digital integration practices and tools, ultimately enabling future systems development within the company. The Digital Integrator will collaborate with multiple Leidos sites to ensure effective implementation and utilization of digital integration solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integration strategies using MBSE methodologies.
Collaborate across teams to define requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on digital integration best practices and tools.
Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance digital integration capabilities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholder at multiple Leidos sites.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in digital integration, systems engineering or related roles.
• Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master of Science degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Lead System Engineer with 10+ years of related experience supporting highly technical, complex systems

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
