Leidos Program Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description

Leidos is seeking talented and energetic candidates to work with the best and brightest employees around the country in creating innovative, all-encompassing solutions for the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) IV program. The incumbents will provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Terminal Facilities Execution organization under the Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) portfolio. In addition to assisting the FAA achieve their safety goals, strategies, and interventions, support requirements include financial and budget management, meeting support and planning, as well as operations and engineering support.

We have many openings with various work locations and are looking for Specialists in these disciplines:

Financial and Budget Management

  • Provide technical input for budget formulation and tracking.

  • Develop and track current year budgets and multiyear financial plans.

  • Prepare budget narratives, associated briefings, reports, and fulfill Electronic Information System (EIS) requirements.

  • Track budget authorizations, commitments, and obligations at headquarters and Service Area (SA) levels.

Statistical Modeling and Project Planning

  • Conduct statistical modeling, qualitative and quantitative analyses.

  • Engage in project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, and risk analysis.

  • Develop risk mitigation plans.

Report Preparation and Analysis

  • Develop and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and graphics to show pertinent status information according to program office needs.

  • Establish project baselines and maintain configured data reporting processes to produce accurate project management metrics (e.g., Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index).

Strategic Planning

  • Create detailed plans outlining the steps needed to achieve strategic goals.

  • Formulate policies and procedures to support the strategic plan.

Meeting Supporting and Planning

  • Provide comprehensive meeting support, including preparing materials, coordinating venues, arranging displays, and providing necessary equipment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
